Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This was incredible. I made it for a chili cookoff I am participating in tomorrow... I am expecting a win!! It seems more difficult that it really was to make. I added a can of butter beans and black beans as well... DELICIOUS!

Pumpkin Bread IV
This was the best pumpkin bread I've ever had. I am not a great baker, but I followed this recipe exactly and the results were incredible! It was so moist and the flavor is delicious!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was such a good recipe. I made this for a neighbor who just had surgery and their family called and raved about it! I followed a few suggestions and kept the chicken breasts whole and then shredded them at the same time I put in the biscuits. I had to work so I did 8-9 hours on low and then kicked it to high for the hour with the biscuits (definitely needed 1-1.5 hour for the biscuits to cook). I used light butter and fat free cream of chicken so overall I did good at cutting fat/calories. I didn't have biscuits so I used reduced fat croissants... terrific!
