Tender Flank Steak
Easy, tastes great. I used a touch of balsamic vinegar with the soy sauce and did not have any brown sugar so used raw sugar. My husband loved this right off the grill. Will use it again!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion
This recipe is wonderful! Great flavor and easy. Put on the stove to cook and go on with other chores. It was a little salty, probably my own fault as I added salt on top of the boullin. My family enjoyed and will make this one again!

Frosted Rhubarb Cookies
These are awesome cookies! I did not add the coconut as my family does not like it. They were crispy on the outside and soft inside, even great without the icing! I will be making these again and again during rhubarb season!
