I've recently moved from Los Angeles to help my 83 year old father. We both have high cholesterol and he is diabetic. I find myself having to cook more healthy (Yuch!) meals :-) Gourmet meals for samll dinner parties. Most of my childhood cooking was Polish or Southern. Basic and substantial. Plenty of food. Mostly meat and potatoes, high calories and choesterol... Yummm! A wedding cake for 350 people in Ecuador. Cakes down there are very different from those made in the United States. The bride was from here and wanted a traditional wedding cake. Too many to list. :-)
