Zucchini Herb Casserole

This is great! I doubled the ingredients and used a 2qt dish. Everyone loved it and there is enough for lunch.

This was a great recipe. I stirred the parsley in at the end of the saute process. You could use this as a vegetarian meal!

Veggie Lasagna Florentine

This recipe was a great hit. Very tasty and very aromatic while cooking. I left out the brown sugar, and it was not missed. This is a “must try” recipe for anyone who loves great lasagna.

These wings are great, and really simple to make. You can vary the Cajun seasoning to heat level. I used the Cajun seasoning and then completely covered the wings with hot sauce in the morning, and refrigerated. Then baked the wings for an evening get together; they’re are a hit, and no wing maker needed! (Less grease)
