I made this last week almost as written. except I didn't see the 1/4 cup of butter and I just made them as round rolls. They were awesome. So good. After I made them my dr put me on a low fat diet...so here is what I did today- All milk no water BUT fat free milk, I used egg sub instead of egg and margarine instead of butter..I was worried. No need they just finished and are still AWESOME! thanks so much for this recipe!

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

We loved this- we didn't care for the soggy bread though- I read what another person said and I think omitting the water and maybe toasting the bread a bit would help. But it was an awesome recipe. My daughter hates meat- she loved this anyway!

No-Peek Beef Stew

This is wonderful. I use whole mushrooms instead of canned. I also serve it over egg noodles. Easy to make and my whole family loves it.

Hot Buttered Rum

I love this! I make a batch at the beginning of winter and keep it ready in the fridge for those cold nights. I have friends that don't drink so they have theirs minus the rum and still say how good it is!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was great- I made it when a friend came to visit so it could cook with out us watching it. I served it with mashed potatoes and a salad. What a fantastic tasting easy meal!

Chili Cheese Dog Pot Pie

I used canned chili for this for an easy weeknight meal. I think it would have been better with my left over homemade but that was my mistake not the recipes! My kids loved this!

Stuffed Mushrooms with Swiss Cheese

I made this recipe just as it was written(I always do that the first time). I think the stuffing could be thicker- someone had said some bread crumbs maybe a good idea. But other than that it tasted fantastic!

Barbequed Marinated Flank Steak

I've made this twice now- the first time my blender didn't mix it well so i tried again with a wisk- it was fabulous!!!! I also used whatever steak I had in the freezer but it was still very good.
