I made this last week almost as written. except I didn't see the 1/4 cup of butter and I just made them as round rolls. They were awesome. So good. After I made them my dr put me on a low fat diet...so here is what I did today- All milk no water BUT fat free milk, I used egg sub instead of egg and margarine instead of butter..I was worried. No need they just finished and are still AWESOME! thanks so much for this recipe!

We loved this- we didn't care for the soggy bread though- I read what another person said and I think omitting the water and maybe toasting the bread a bit would help. But it was an awesome recipe. My daughter hates meat- she loved this anyway!

This was so good. My kids loved it, we all loved it. I think it might be good to add some diced onion, green pepper and mushrooms too!Thank you for this recipe!
