Peanut Noodles
This recipe is great, it's quick and the ingredients are usually on hand. As others have noted, you can adjust the recipe to suit your taste, I added garlic and more than tripled the ginger, and increased the red pepper flakes.

Sesame Seared Tuna
This was a great recipe, quick and easy, not to mention good. I made as directed except I prefer my tuna well done, so I seared them for 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
