Basic Truffles
Delicious. I'm a beginner cook, so it took some experimentation with the refrigerator and microwave to get it to set to the right consistancy (first it was too hard, then it was too soft, then just right) but once you get the hang of it, they're easy to make. I will definitely be making these again.

Four Cheese Macaroni
This recipe was great. It even reheated well. I just heated it back up on the stove, added some more cream and cheese, and voila-- just as good as yesterday.

Honey Glazed Stuffed Chicken
This chicken was absolutely fantastic. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about, as it had so much flavor it was incredible. I couldn't find Boursin cheese at my grocery store, so I substituted honey nut cream cheese for it, and it was absolutely scrumptious.
