Anything that does not involve kneading dough. I am no good at that. Always comes out too tough.

I come from an Irish family and love to cook many recipes I have learned from my aunt in Ireland.

My homemade spaghetti sauce. It is always a hit.
My cooking tragedies
When I was younger I made a seafood stew and all the mussels didn't open. Not knowing any better at that age, I pried them apart and ended up giving my family a slight case of food poisoning.

Apple Breakfast Bread
Absolutly delicious. Made this as a side to a Sunday brunch. Everyone went back for second (or third) slice.

Shepherd's Pie VI
This was delicious! I substituted Boca crumbles and vegetable broth to make it for myself and my son and even my meat-eating boyfriend raved about it. A keeper for sure.
