I come from a cooking background. My father is a chef and my step-father owned a delicatessen. I work for a international food service company and my boyfriend is a certified executive chef. Anything that does not involve kneading dough. I am no good at that. Always comes out too tough. I come from an Irish family and love to cook many recipes I have learned from my aunt in Ireland. My homemade spaghetti sauce. It is always a hit. When I was younger I made a seafood stew and all the mussels didn't open. Not knowing any better at that age, I pried them apart and ended up giving my family a slight case of food poisoning.
