Chewy Caramel
Everyone loves the caramel when I make this (even my caramel-snob husband). The caramel really melts in your mouth. I also love to put this over popcorn (I prefer a softer caramel corn than you can find in stores).

Baklava
I didn't add cloves, and I melted the butter with cinnamon in it. Very excellent. My greek aunt had to have the recipe when I made it for Christmas.

Chicken with Cranberries
All I added to the recipe was the juice from an orange. Otherwise this is the best chicken recipe I have ever made (next time I am going to double the sauce to put in over couscous with the chicken).
