This pie was excellent. I used Key Lime juice found in the supermarket. I brought it to a Jimmy Buffet Party and it was gone in an instant. I used a springform pan, 9 inches, and doubled the recipe. Made my own graham cracker crust. What a beautiful presentation. The only thing I would have changed was to add whipped cream to the top as a decoration.

Excellent! 5 Star. I made 3 pans for a Christmas party and everyone loved it. I ended up freezing one pan and that came out excellent as well. I crushed my fennel seed though as I don't like the whole seeds.
