Biscotti Toscani
I think I am addicted to these biscotti. I leave out the almond extract and the almonds because I usually don't have them. I also leave them in the oven for a little longer than instructed. I always have these around the house because they are simply heavenly with hot chocolate or herbal fruit tea. Thanks for the recipe!

Classic Macaroni Salad
I made this for a church function, but my husband and I liked it so much we didn't take it. The dressing is light and sweet, which is nice. This will definitely become one of our summer favorites.

Hawaiian Sweet Bread
I reduced the recipe to 24 servings because it's just me and my husband in the house. This is his favorite of all the breads I've tried. It has a great taste and it's fantastic as toast. And it looks so nice when it comes out of the oven. I baked them on a cookie sheet instead of the cake pans. The second time I made them ovals instead of round so that they would bake more evenly in the middle and they came out wonderfully.
