O.k., so I tried the recipe out on the taste tasters in my house, just with marinara & cheese...they liked it just fine, then I made it again, same way, added dried basil and garlic to the recipe and it was a super hit...then, "drum roll" made it again, topped it with leftover homemade teriyaki sauce/chicken (recipe from allrecipes)that I had made the day before (no marinara), pineapple chunks, carmelized onions and just a bit of shredded basil and fresh moz....and, eureka! I am now the pizza pie queen of my home. It was a huge huge hit! I've also used the recipe for bread sticks, flat bread, cinnamon rolls (I know, I know)and everything about it works and is simple!
