Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
Very good roast. I was torn between using beef or pork but I went with beef and it was great! I used the cranberry sauce that has the berries, it was the perfect amout of sweet. It was great the next day in sandwiches on toasted sourdough. YUM and so super easy!

Halibut Supreme

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2007
I made this last night and it was sooooo good. I left out the cheese though and halved the recipe. I lightly spreaded it on the fish and then when it was done put a little dollop of sauce on. It was plenty rich enough like that. 1/4 cup light daisy sour cream 1/4 cup light best foods mayo juice of one small lemon cayenne pepper diced onion soooooo yummy!

Original Homemade Italian Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2006
This was very good! I used a two pound london broil, and after reading the reviews I only used 1 packet of dressing mix and 1/2 jar of pepper juice and 1/2 jar of peppers. Not enough flavoring for us. Next time 2 packets of dressing! My hubsand and 3 year both loved it so it's going to be a repeat for us! I like spice so I added extra peppers to my sandwich.I also seared the roast with a little crushed garlic before throwing in crock pot. Served on toasted rolls with low fat provolone and best food light mayo...YUM!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2006
delicious! my husband and evn my picky toddler loved it! I followed everyone's advice and doubled the sauce. I think it's important not to leave out the sherry, it's what makes the sauce so outstanding! I threw in a little extra of all the seasonings as well. YUUUUUM!

Javanese Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2006
incredible! a little salty, maybe I didn't wash the brine off enough? so tender and delicious! I added extra sake, garlic, and ginger to the marinade and a little less chili paste because my toddler and husband aren't keen on super spicy. next time I will make one tenderloin mild for them and regular for me! served with rice and sauteed spinach. SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS! Will be making regularly for sure! Thanks!

Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2006
This was one of the best recipes I've tried on here! I found it was a little too salty though and I love salt. I followed some other reviews and doubled the sauce. Next time I will double the sauce by double the liquid ingredients but only use ONE ranch dressing packet. I think that will make it perfect! SO DELISH!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

loved these! I doubled the sauce. I also pan seared on both sides and didn't cook for as long as called. totally depends on the thickness of the chops so be careful!

Neat Sloppy Joes

these were FANTASTIC, so much better then Manwich. I like them saucy though so I only used half the amount of meat and in my opinion they were perfect!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2006
the sauce was really good but I didn't love the breading at all. next till I will still pan sear for 5 minutes on each side maybe even with bread crumbs just no flour. I only cooked 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered with the sauce. I also simmered the sauce before covering the chops with it.
