Hi, I'm Timiah (pronounced Tee-mee-yuh). I am extremely passionate about cooking and baking. My parents were adamant against my pursuing any culinary careers, but I still cook whenever I can. (let's just say I used to browse allrecipes during class my freshman year of high school) I love making cheesecakes! Almost anything chocolate is also on the list too. Ever since I can remember my dad would cook amazing authentic Hungarian dishes he learned from my grandmother. For any big event he always makes goulash (gulyas) and my mom makes plum dumplings when in season. I'm really proud of my pecan pie and cheesecake. Both are family/friend favorites, although the pecan recipe is my own secret. I've had a few mishaps that are a bit too embarrassing to write here. They happened when I was 7 or younger though, so that doesn't really count, does it? Everyone has to start somewhere.
