Hi, I'm Timiah (pronounced Tee-mee-yuh). I'm 17 cooking is definitely one of my passions. I decided I'd like to expand my knowledge and experience as much as I can, so Allrecipes seemed like the perfect website for me. Although it's tough finding time to 'experiment' around school and extra curricular activities. dessert (of course)! Ever since I can remember my dad would cook amazing authentic Hungarian dishes he learned from my grandmother. For any big event he always makes goulash (gulyas) and my mom makes plum dumplings when in season. I'm really proud of my pecan pie and cheesecake. Both are family/friend favorites. I've had a few mishaps that are a bit too embarrassing to write here. They happened when I was 7 or younger though, so that doesn't really count, does it? Everyone has to start somewhere.
