Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
Love this recipe. I have been making this for years. You really can't go wrong with this recipe. Get those onions really dark. Such good flavor.

French Onion Soup With Browned Garlic
I thought this recipe was wonderful. I did happen to make some modifications. I added more broth and added vegetarian worchestire sauce. This adds wonderful depth and flavor. YUM!!! This is a total do again.

Saltine Toffee Cookies
WOW!!!! Fast, easy and best of all CHEAP. Ok so I am easy to please. These are fantastic. I did as other reviewers stated and lined the pan with foil and they came out perfect. I also reduced the butter to 3/4C. These are wondreful.
