Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Any recipe that can make me like Brussel Sprouts deserves 5 stars. I used a clay roasting pan and seasoned the sprouts with vegetable oil, sea salt and pepper and kept an eye on them as the oven was very hot. A big hit with the entire family.

Banana Bread VIII
Banana Bread is one of my favorite things to bake and I found this recipe when I was out of eggs. I am so impressed at how the loaves turned out I had to add my comments. This is a keeper, easy, moist and yummy! I only added mini chocolate chips.
