Rhubarb Bread I
I have made this twice this spring and we love it. I add more than twice the amount of rhubarb and almonds instead of walnuts. Definitely take much longer to bake so be patient. Since there is only 2 of us now I half the recipe and make one loaf. Works well.

Tortillas II
These are wonderful. Turned out perfect. My only change was to warm the water a little. The first two were mis-shapen so slowed down and made into round disc shapes first before rolling thin. Fast and easy.

Peppy's Pita Bread
This was easy and very good. Will make again and again. Be careful to watch them while they bake. Its very easy to overbake. I made the "Real Hummus" from this site and them into hummus sandwiches for lunch using alot of shredded letuce.
