Chocolate Eclair Dessert
I turned this into a two layer birthday cake by using 2 spring form pans and doubling the recipe. I used french vanilla pudding. I frosted the layers with coolwhip and drizzled chocolate granache over the top.

Corned Beef and Cabbage
I just served this great recipe. The only thing I will cut down a little on the water next time. Moist and flavorful.
