Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
This is not a salad in the way that some people think of salads. This is a southern cucumber and vinegar mix...my grandmother would always make something like this in the summer to have around to snack on. This was a great twist on it and I enjoyed the taste.

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar
This mix looks great in the jar but I barely (and I mean BARELY) was able to get all of it in the jar. I packed the ingredients in tight and double checked the size recommendation on the jar. I'm just hoping that it doesn't make an enormous mess when it is opened!
