Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce
This recipe was excellent! I followed several of the suggestions-I used fresh rosemary and fresh garlic. I also used sesame oil. I marinated the tenderloin before roasting and the flavors were delicious and intense. I marinated for about an hour. Do not overlook this delicious recipe!

Turkey-Stuffed Peppers
I like this recipe, but felt that it was bland. To kick up the flavor, I added crumbly bleu cheese to the recipe and used precooked brown rice. The bleu cheese gave the turkey a very nice smooth kick that my partner loved! I will make these again!
