Easy Bake Brisket
This was wonderful! We used it for sandwiches and we also used it most often for shredded beef tacos, so versatile and very tasty! I cooked it in the oven all day on about 200 degrees.

Gooey Butter Cookies
These are wonderful and just melt in your mouth when still warm. I found that 10 minutes exactly was perfect for them. I cannot wait to try them with chocolate cake mix..

Panna Cotta
I did not like this at all, it did not set well at all and was particularly w/out a lot of flavor...will not make again
