Grandmas Chicken Chardon
I made this in two separate baking dishes, one with mushrooms, one without. My boyfriend ate the one with the mushrooms and he loved it. I ate the one without and it was delicious. The most juicy, flavorful chicken I've ever eaten. We will definately have this again!

Silver's Savory Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
I liked this recipe, but I made a few changes to it. First, I boiled the pasta in the chicken broth that I would use for the sauce. I added garlic with the onion. I added nutmeg to the sauce. I also doubled the sauce and I added italian bread crumbs to the top of the casserole. It was pretty good. I think next time I make it, I will buy the pre-cooked Louis Rich shredded chicken, to make things a little quicker.

World's Greatest Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
I liked this recipe because it doesn't make a lot of cookies, I just wanted a snack for myself, not to feed an army. I have enough cookies for a few snack attacks, and don't have to give a dozen or two away just to get rid of them. I liked that it doesn't use a lot of different ingredients so I didn't make a mess in the kitchen and only had a few dishes to wash. The cookies do spread a lot, but I was prepared for it and only baked 6 cookies at a time. Definately add the chocolate chips to your own taste, I could have used more. I also put the chips in the batter to make it easier.
