Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad
This salad was incredibly delicious! I could easily eat this once a week or more. You can bet I'll be making this one again and passing it along to friends.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies
Since I tried these at Christmas, we also had them for New Year's Eve and the Super Bowl - everyone loves them!!

Pumpkin Soup
This soup is not only easy to make, but incredibly good! I didn't have whipping cream - just used what I had on hand - skim milk. Flavor was still great and felt better because it was less fattening.
