Irish Soda Bread I

Excellent, everyone liked this better than the traditional recipe saying it was moist instead of dry. I even used fat free sour cream. I wouldn't call it "cake like".

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Bars

Excellent!! Very sweet & rich just the way I like it. I baked it on 325 instead of 300. The cream cheese top will remain gogey even if refrigerated.

Strawberry Bread

Excellent! I used 4 cups of strawberries and halfed the amount of cinnamon as suggested. I also substituted 1/2 the amount of oil with unsweeten applesauce.

Corny Scrambled Eggs

My husband added cheese to his and said it was better that way. I used egg beaters and turkey bacon and it came out find. I will make this again.

Very good. I didn't refrigerate leftovers, just wraped it in plastic and ate it cold the next day like a muffin. My husband had the leftovers with milk and heated in the microwave. Both ways were great.

Jam Kolaches

They tasted okay, but they didn't stay overlapped and most of the jam baked out. Solo canned filing might have been better, but how do you keep them from opening up.

Spaghetti Torte

Like everyone said the presentation is wonderfull. I added extra spices and next time I'll try angel hair pasta. I think thinner pasta will stick together better.

False Cabbage Rolls

Turned out more like a soup and I needed to add extra spices. I enjoyed it and will make it again, my husband wasn't crazy about it. It did freeze well.
