Easy Mexican Casserole
Really good! I added cilantro and Rotel to the meat. Left out the sour cream. I will try taco shells in place of the chips b/c they do get soggy.

Sunny's Creamy Chicken Pork Chops
Excellent concept! I followed the recipe almost exactly. The only differences: I added bell pepper in with the garlic and onions, and after simmering on the stove top, I popped the skillet in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Yum Yum Yum!

Kickin' Collard Greens
Really yummy. I added some red wine vinegar and a little brown sugar. All of my friends couldn't believe I cooked this.
