I am a wife/mom. My family is who I mostly cook for. I like to bake. Sweets of any kind you name it I'm for it. I like soups and love to use my crockpot. I make a mean pot of chili a definite requirement being from Texas. :) I love trying out a new recipe. Nothing makes me feel prouder than putting a good meal on the table. I come form a long line of great cooks. Any holiday or just family gathering has always been a chance for wonderful food and fun in the kitchen. I have finally been able to make fried chicken with the right amount of crunch and not burning it too. Any meal met with rave reviews from the man and kids I would add too! I have mastered flour tortillas they are worth the time and effort for the homemade flavor. I have had too many to list.
