Cabbage Roll Casserole
Really good - my teenage son raved about it! I, too, just did it on the stove in a large pot. Used a jar of Ragu instead of just tomato sauce, and added a couple of tablespoons of garlic and italian seasoning. Let simmer on very low heat for about an hour, stirring every 15 mins.
