Roasted Brussels Sprouts
These were AMAZING! I double this recipe and I used the same recipe for carrots. The carrots needed to cook about 10mins longer, but it all turned out just awesome! I made them for Thanksgiving dinner (for 30) as a non-cheese loaded/non-canned cream soup loaded side. Everyone was so happy that I made them, and everyone absolutely LOVED it! Even the picky ones! Oh yeah, The next day, I ate them cold right out of the fridge, and they were so good, I couldn't stop eating them long enough to warm them up! :D

Easy Sugar Cookies
My 6 year old son made these while I instructed him. They turned out GREAT! I took others' suggestions and added more vanilla (1 1/2tsp instead of 1), but other than that, they were amazing! They were the perfect size to give to my kids, too!

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly
There couldn't be an easier jelly, and it tastes wonderful just as it is! Thanks so much for the recipe! It's been so quick and easy to make, that my friend and I have made SEVERAL batches to give as gifts, and I am about to make a couple more today.
