Roasted Brussels Sprouts
These were AMAZING! I double this recipe and I used the same recipe for carrots. The carrots needed to cook about 10mins longer, but it all turned out just awesome! I made them for Thanksgiving dinner (for 30) as a non-cheese loaded/non-canned cream soup loaded side. Everyone was so happy that I made them, and everyone absolutely LOVED it! Even the picky ones! Oh yeah, The next day, I ate them cold right out of the fridge, and they were so good, I couldn't stop eating them long enough to warm them up! :D
