Maria's Cucumber Salad
AWESOME! My husband & I LOVED these! I didn't include my kids because love isn't even a strong enough word for how much my kids liked these! 2 cucumbers wasn't enough for them, but if I'd made enough to make them happy, they'd have been sick! FANTASTIC recipe!!! THANKS SO MUCH for sharing!!!

Healing Cabbage Soup
This was SO good! My 5 year old son asked for 3 bowls! My other kids didn't care for it, but they did eat some which was amazing all in itself! They hate everything that was in it. :D I did add carrots to our pot. It was just what we were needing last night. Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy OREO Truffles
I made these with White Chocolate & served them with the Snow Flake Cocoa for desert at our New Years Eve party. It went over GREAT! Everyone loved them, and I was wishing I'd made a double batch! I just threw the cream & cookies together in my food processor, rolled balls, dropped them in the melted white chocolate, carefully rolled them around, and scooped them up with a fork. Worked great!
