Mini Cheesecakes

Loved them. I added some crushed pecans to the batter, then after they baked and cooled, hollowed the centers out just a tad and put some chopped banana in them, then drizzled caramel sauce on the tops. They won me 1st prize in a Bake-Off at work like this!

Cooky Cookies

Awesome recipe. I had to some half whole wheat flour because I ran out of all purpose, and I used half oil and half applesauce, but this cookie turned out phenomenal. Thanks for posting!

Original Nestle® Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE EVER. Make sure your eggs and BUTTER FLAVOR SHORTENING (instead of butter) are room temperature. (I always put my eggs on top of the oven when I preheat it, it gets warm enough to warm them up but not to cook them!)Add extra vanilla (like, another tsp), and play around with the chocolate chips, I haven't found a bad combo yet! I prefer 1 cup milk chocolate, 1 cup white chocolate and 1 cup chopped pecans. Wow.

Awesome cookie. Kids watched me make them, saw me add the cranberries, so they won't touch them. Their loss!!

Strawberry Syrup

Very good recipe. I used 2 cups of frozen sliced strawberries, unsweetened. After the mixture heated up a bit I threw it in the blender then put it back in the pan to cook a little longer. It thickened up a bit upon cooling down some, and I served it over banana french toast. My VERY picky kids devoured it!

Best Football Dip Ever

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
This was excellent. I had zero leftovers when I took it to a superbowl party. I did at taco seasoning to the meat and the sour cream, however. I also added a little shredded cheese to the top. Great for a quick, zero fuss appetizer!
