Vanilla Crepes
Yummy!!! My family LOVED these crepes. My only variance was that I used the whole eggs and I added about another half cup of milk. I found the batter to be the perfect consistency for light crepes.

Thai Salmon Salad
This is such a simple and delicious recipe. We eat it once a week. I prepare the sauce and the salmon the day prior and add it to the mixed greens just prior to serving. For my kids, I just omit the chiles.

Simple Cauliflower Soup
I love this recipe. I decided to use my hand blender to puree about 3/4 of the soup so that it was a lovely light creamy soup with chunks of vegetable. I served it with croutons and everyone loved it.
