Stuffed Shells IV
We really loved this recipe! The only changes I made were for personal preference on taste... I omitted the mushrooms and diced up a green pepper in its place. I reduced the parmesan cheese to about 3/4 cup, and added italian seasoning, per other reviewers. I love tomatoes, so I drained a can of diced tomatoes to add to the filling. Hubby and I both agreed it was the perfect addition!! Then I baked it for 30 min covered without the cheese and then added the cheese and baked for another 10 min uncovered. Delicious!

Sarah's Applesauce
My hubby, who rarely raves about a recipe, said this is the best applesauce ever... and he could eat applesauce with every meal! I used about 10 medium apples and doubled everything else. I also added the cinnamon - I didn't measure it out but definitely added more than the recipe called for because we like the cinnamon-apple taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Apple Crisp IV
Apples have never been my favorite fruit... but the more I bake with them the more I love them. This recipe did not disappoint! I used Cortland apples and followed the recipe pretty closely, except that I threw in a half bag of frozen blueberries. Delicious and I will definitely keep making!!!
