Delicious---was looking for frosting for my husband's grandmother's sugar cookies and this was perfect! Not too overly sweet, perfect consistency. I used butter because I like it better and paste food coloring as others had suggested. Made little footballs and helmets for superbowl party---Yummy!

Chicken Wing Dip

Delicious! Made it for just my husband (who is from Buffalo) and myself for superbowl day, so cut it in half. Left out the cheddar as others had said it made it a bit greasy (hubby commented that it wasn't as greasy as the one his friend makes). I put the chicken in my mini food chopper/processor to chop up evenly. This was YUMMY!! And, so easy--made it early in the day so only had to stick it in the oven. Served with Tostitos scoops! Will make again!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Yummy! Used 1 cup of p. sugar and skipped the nuts. Rolled ball in extra mini chocolate chips. Best served with chocolate graham cracker sticks and pretzels!!

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Great flavor combinations! I used 2 T olive oil and 1 T butter, increased the wine to 1/2 cup and cut the pasta to 1/2 pound and it was perfect!

Old Fashioned Beef Stew

A bit potato-heavy. I used 3 and it was plenty. Thickened as she suggested but it needed more. Good flavor and super easy with crock pot. Husband liked it!
