Cube Steak Parmigiana

I tried this recipe last night and it turned out pretty good. Not enough sauce for our taste..must double or triple if you have it with spaghetti. I have been requested to make this again!

Nikki's Steak Saltimbocca

I wasn't crazy about this dish. It needed more flavor, plus I didn't care for the sage..too strong! I will try it again, but with a different grouping of spices and less proscuitto. Thanks for the idea, though!

Chile Relleno Casserole

This recipe was very good with the addition of taco seasoning. The real fresh roasted green chilis from the great southwest are a must instead of canned.
