Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This is a really good easy recipe. I just added some extra seasoning and it was great!

Texas Black Bean Soup
This was a really nice recipe. I added 2 cans of Rotel in place of the chilis and the tomatoes. I also added a cup of brown rice to the pot. It really made it a hearty one dish meal.

Chicken Cacciatore
This was a nice change to regular spaghetti. You can definitely play with it to suit your own taste. Very yummy and hubby liked it too!
