i agree with everyone else its very good. I subisituted splenda sugar and I couldn't tell the difference

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe
omg!!! The whole family loved it. I am for shure making it again. I used the Japanese fish stock Hondoshi and it was delish.
