These are soooo yummy! I don't like cake, but I loved these. And they are surprisingly easy, my 2 (almost 3) year old helped. I would say they are up there with donuts!!!

Runzas (Bierocks)

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
This was a really good recipe! I rounded up the beef to 2 lbs, also used more mozzarella cheese,a diced onion, and two cloves of garlic. There were rave reviews from my family and friends for this labor day get together we had tonight and they want this to be a regular recipe in our household. I did take a users advice to use Rhodes Texas Rolls, and once I got tired of rolling one roll at a time I started squishing two together and rolling that to make a larger runza, which were ate up easily. And that made it all a little easier. Oh yeah, season to suit your own taste... I liked Jane's Crazy Salt Mix for this recipe. One last change... I used melted butter on the runza's instead of oil. Thanks for the recipe this was AWESOME!!! PS. For picky cabbage haters, it cooks down alot and you don't really taste it much, it is more of a filler in these great sandwiches.

I don't even like cake and frosting, but I LOVE these. They are addictive! I have passed on this recipe to many, and I have gotten to taste many different kinds thanks to some daring friends! I still love the basic chocolate cake, cream cheese frosting and chocolate almond bark. H-E-A-V-E-N!!!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is sooo good and addictive! This can easily be served with tortilla chips too. That way there is no other flavor distracting from this heavenly dip. I use Cookies Buffalo Sauce. I always have the ingredients for this recipe on hand... it come in handy all the time!

Super Sausage Gravy

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2009
This was great! I am happy to say I can FINALLY make biscuits and gravy! I have made it twice, for home and work. Many people asked for the recipe. If there are going to be more people joining in then I like to add a little more milk and flour so there is more gravy to go around. For every 1/2 C milk add a Tbsp of flour. I have added an extra cup of milk and 2 Tbsp of flour to make it go further. Didn't change the flavor at all since there is plenty of sausage to blend it all together! YUMMY!!!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
I just made this tonight. They are good, but VERY rich. I made half with Almond Bark, and they turned out better in my opinion. The almond bark was not as rich and you could actually taste OREO! So this was a good recipe. I will just make it with almond bark in the future. Enjoy!

Sausage Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
This was really good! Altough my DH doesn't like potatoes microwaved, so I had to bake it. I baked it at 375F covered for 30 minutes, and then added the sausage and cooked for another 30 minutes. It was the first time I made scalloped potatoes, I wont be buying boxed potatoes anymore!!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
I had some left over ham and everything else on hand so I tried this recipe. It was AWESOME! My Fiancé, his brother, my daughter (2 yrs) and I all loved this. It was actually very easy to make and did not need any changes. If you ever want to vary the recipe you can add green onions and cheese and it is like a baked potato soup. Thanks for the recipe, it is a keeper!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2008
I dont know how to cook macaroni that doesn't come from a box!!! This macaroni was great, my BF and kiddo both loved it. It was rich, so a little goes a long way, so I wouldn't recommend doubling the recipe unless you are feeding an army. I turned up my nose for a long while becuase of the cottage cheese, but WOW!! Just try it!!!

This was a great recipe. I cooked it on Mother's day when we had family over. There was only a few potatoes left. I will make mashed potatoes out of them. Wish there was more left over, I would be eating it for lunch today! My daughter (1 year) loved this too, it ain't too spicy for little ones! Dig IN!!

This recipe was really good! My Fiance hates canned spinach, but he ate this up! My 14 month old liked it too. I didn't have half n' half or cream so I used milk in its place. Was still scrumptious though! This will go in my recipe box. = )

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
I made this last night for my family. Everyone loved it. I did use white wine instead of milk this time. My fiance said it gave it more of an "upperclass taste". When I made it with milk it was a "comfort food" taste. Both ways are good!

Turkey Patties

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2007
I found this recipe when I wanted to use up the last of my green onions and some ground turkey. It was so good, full of flavor and far from dry (even when reheated). I did add a tablespoon of water becuase I was wary of it being dry. I didn't add any ginger either! And I used Pam instead of oil to cook the patties in a skillet. I served it with brown rice and a vege. IT turned out great! My fiance loved it, and he ain't a fan of ground turkey (becuase the texture is so much different from that of ground beef, but he said the flavor trumped the texture!). My coworkers liked it too, and asked for the recipe. This will be used often in my household!

My BF had a bad experience with Tilapia. So I had to make it secretly with this recipe and he loved it. When I told him what it was he was shocked. He loved it and asked for seconds! I, too, thought this was delish! It is a must try, I think kids will enjoy it too.
