Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
For a healthier version, left out the butter and salt, coated foil with olive oil and drizzled 1 T. olive oil over the bread crumbs sprinkled with garlic powder, and a little oregano and patted down a little. Served with garlic mashed potatoes that were made with olive oil instead of butter. Will make this often.
