Quinoa and Black Beans

easy and yummy! I topped this with mashed avocados and chopped tomatoes with a dash of lemon juice! Oh and I used chicken broth...my boyfriend loved it!

Oregon Salmon Patties

Excellent! This recipe leaves room for changes for personal taste. I tried using half cracker and half french fried onions and it was great. I also added the Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder.

I do not like tartar sauce, but I made it for my boyfriend along with salmon cakes and he loved it so I gave it a try. Oh my god! This tartar sauce is excellent, I paired it up with hot sauce on my salmon cake and it was soooo delicious! This is a keeper!

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

This was great! I had blue cheese left in the fridge and didnt know what else to do with it, other then put it in salad! Thanks, this def dressed up my porkchops! I will use this again!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Wow! If I knew that it was this easy to make muffins, I would have never purchased a muffin from a New York coffee shop ever! I usually spend 2 bucks on a big too sweet muffin for breakfast. This was perfect, the crunchy top is amazing! I made this on a Sunday night when I had a craving for a Reese cup lol. I been meaning to try this for awhile, and since I was too lazy to walk to the store, I got up and made these banana muffins with the 3 bananas I had left. Thanks for sharing this!

Chicken Thigh and Dumpling Stew

This is a really good recipe! I remember my mother making this growing up, but she didnt use fresh veggies (I prefer fresh veggies). This made me feel so warm inside on a cold NY winter day! Thanks for sharing!

Pizza Dough I

This was a super easy dough recipe. I will def use it again for myself but not for friends. The dough was hard to shape and sticky but I just used flour to keep it from sticking. Also the crust was very hard, which cut my gums up a little but other than that it was good. Try being a little creative and adding your own spices to the dough, it def worth it.

Spinach and Red Chard Quiche

I subscribe to a veg delivery service to basically help me eat more vegs. This week I received Chard, and didnt know what to do with this weird looking large leaf. This recipe helped alot and me and partner loved it!!! This was also my first Quiche and I am proud of myself. I am planning to make this for a dinner party!!!
