Cajun Pasta Fresca
Very tasty. I made my own cajun seasoning. Next time, I'll cut down on the salt (it's quite a bit when you add the seasoning, added salt, plus cheese).

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This was good - both my husband and I enjoyed it. My chicken took longer to brown than in the instructions though. And next time, I think I'd add extra thyme.

Cajun Cake
Yum! I halved this recipe and made it in a 9 inch round pan. I poked the top of the cake with a fork. When I served it the next day, the cake was nice and moist. I might try subbing brown sugar for white next time as others have suggsted.
