This is an excellent entertainers dessert. Take some time to arrange the fruit and it looks spectacular. The white chocolate filling is delicious. I cooked the base a little longer than suggested and it was perfect. Definitley a dessert to impress your guests.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

What a great bruschetta recipe. Exactly what I expected. I made it the day before and let the juices develop overnight. No need to change any part of this perfect recipe.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

This is a great recipe!! I would advise people to try the recipe as is - there is really no need to change it. The only tip I can offer is DO NOT OVERMIX & DO NOT OVER COOK, as this can make for a dry muffin. I baked for 15 minutes as per recipe, then turned off oven for the last 5 minutes. Sometimes recipes are better left UNCHANGED!!!!!

Pasta Bake

This is a very nice, quick and easy dinner for the whole family. I made a few changes; I added diced carrots to the beef mix, made a creamy mushroom white sauce for on top, and mixed breadcrumbs and parmesean cheese to create a crunchy topping! Yum!

Chicken and Mushroom Saute

This recipe gave me a great new way to cook chicken breast, while leaving it very moist. I found the flavour a little bland and will probably add a touch of cream next time.

Very nice recipe. I make it to recipe just adding chocolate chip, however next time I will add a few extras like dried apricots and nuts to make it a bit more grown-up!
