Simple Beef Stroganoff
A very simple and filling one-dish meal. I usually add a cup or two of peas for a vegetable component.

Cabbage Roll Casserole
This dish has become a staple in our house. We usually leave out the rice for a low-carb-friendly meal. The kids love it too!

Hot German Potato Salad III
Tastes just like the potato salad my mom learned to make from her German grandma. As long as you're not expecting it to be anything like traditional American potato salad, you won't be disappointed.
