Cinnamon Cranraisin Bread
Wow! I wish I had yeast to make it this morning! It's a delicious breakfast/brunch loaf. Next time I will proof the yeast because it didn't rise the second time I made it. Easy too. Thanks for posting Tammy!

Bread Pudding II
I had some cinnamon crasin bread that didn't rise so I chopped it in large chunks and made this pudding. I did add some half and half and used turbino sugar instead of white. WOW! Delicious! Thank you for posting! Easy too! I will definitely make this again.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake
Very good! I baked it in a springboard pan and used half and half instead of milk, because I was all out. It was thin like a pancake, literally 2 inches thick. I accidentally put in 1/2 cup of butter in the cake, this might have made a difference in it not rising more. It was still a hit. Next time I will definitely double the cake batter. Thank you for posting.
