Chocolate Frosting I
I thought this frosting was very good. I was surprised at how easy it was to make and that it did, in fact, resemble store bought frosting. I followed it exactly, but used butter and 3 cups of confectioners sugar. I really think 2.5 cups would have been enough. It was fantastic on cupcakes! Thank you so much for posting!

Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Really yummy! Cooked it in foil packet with 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil and juice of one lemon, plus minced garlic, dill. Ate it with wild rice, buttered peas, and salad. Thank you for posting!
