Delicious Artichokes
Beware: If your artichokes are large, allow much longer for the steaming. My jumbo artichokes steamed for 1 1/4 hrs before they were even close to done. This wreaked havoc with coordinating an entire meal getting done at the same time.

Asian Rainbow Trout
This is really good. I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and substituted sesame oil and brown sugar for the olive oil and white sugar. I also baked the 1 lb. whole trout in foil in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 mins. It was perfect. I plan to make this often.

Baked Shells in Sauce
I followed the advice of other viewers and added chopped onion, garlic, more tofu and used almost 22 oz. of a tomato and basil sauce. The casserole was delicious!
