I "cheated" and used two large cans of canned chicken chunks. Put the marinade over the top and broiled them just long enough to heat them through and start to get crispy. I also used flour tortillas rather than pitas because it's what we had. Added some yellow bell pepper strips too. They were excellent! Everyone that tried them liked them and my picky kids even ate some!

Pretty good. Very easy. I mixed in some salsa with it for an extra kick.

This recipe is both easy and great!! The only reason I had any troubles was because I don't actually have a Jelly Roll pan. I found that it worked best to divide the batter into two 8x13 pans rather than to attempt to do it all in one pan, which came out really thick. Thanks for the recipe!
