Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

Reviewed: May 3, 2007
These were great! Perfect spice level and lots of flavor. I've been looking for the perfect fish taco recipe and have finally found it. I did make a few alterations. The store was out of jicama, so I just ommitted it. I added 1 avocado and some diced tomatos just for fun and did not add any sour cream.

Chocolate Angel Food Cake II

Reviewed: May 29, 2006
Thanks Karla! This was the most moist and airy angel food cake ever. Just chocolate-y enough to satisfy those cravings. I used Marsha's Chocolate Glaze II and it was perfect - my husband could hardly believe it was fat free!

The perfect addition to my chocolate angel food cake. I added 1 extra tbs of butter and 1 extra tbs of milk and it poured easily.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

Reviewed: May 10, 2006
Good and peasy to make. I only used 5 cups of carrots and that seemed just enough. Its very dense cake, not light and airy at all. Not the best carrot cake i've ever had, but pretty darn good. I used the cream cheese frosting website on this site - the frosting really makes the cake! I had extra walnuts, so I chopped them fine and added them to the sides of the cake after icing - they really made for an impressive looking cake.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Excellent! I made this for my family and they loved it. I reduced the salt to taste, and added only 1/2 a cup of cream to make it a little healthier. The spice had multiple layers and was just warm enough to give it a nice little kick, but not too hot to send you running for a glass of milk. I made this with the basmati rice recipe and I will definitely make this again!

Baked Ziti IV

Great Recipe! Very tasty and perfect for a large, hungry family. I substituted ground pork for the sausage. Instead of sour cream, I increased the cottage cheese. I used part-skim mozerella and low fat cottage cheese for a more health conscious version.
