Jalapeno Popper Spread
I was absolutely amazed that this actually tasted like jalapeno poppers. Soooo addicting and wonderful! Will make again 4 sure!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Soooo Gooooood! I made this today for dinner earlier this evening and it was a huge hit. Tasted just like my fave mexican restaurant. Served with tortilla chips, grated monterry jack cheese, fresh avacado, and diced sweet onion. I just threw in the frozen chicken breasts and shredded them right before serving. My new fave recipe!

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese
Very good. Very tangy and salty without even adding any salt. I added a chopped shallot to mine and used a little canola oil in place of olive oil just cause i didn't have any. It was very good.
