Baked Pork Chops with Apple Raisin Stuffing
This meal was really good and very filling. I did find that my pork chops were a little on the dry side with very little taste. Next time I might try to stuff the pork chops with the mixture instead. Overall, it was good and I would recommend it to a friend.

Easy Skillet Chicken a la King
This was very easy and very filling. I served it over white rice and followed another reviewers comment about adding a can of cream of mushroom vs. the cream of chicken. Very delicious. Will make again.

Pork Loin Stuffed with Spinach
I made this last night for dinner, and got nothing but raves. It was very good. It was a little dry, but I think that's because my roast was bigger than the one in the recipe.
