Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
It seems redundant to heap additional praise on this recipe, but if you are looking for a moist and delicious pumpkin bread, look no further. I followed the recipe exactly, but divided it only into two loaves, which was not a problem. Just need to be sure to adjust the cooking time (mine was about 10 minutes longer, but ensure accuracy by testing the bread with toothpick). My kids cannot get enough of it.

Sweet-Sour Red Cabbage
I'm a Dutch girl and my husband is Italian. Sweet and sour cabbage is one of our favorite dishes and, according to MDH, this is "the best I have ever eaten." I made no changes, except one and that is to remove some of the bacon grease and add butter. It was truly delicious. My main recipe for sweet and sour red cabbage from now on. Thanks!

Neat Sloppy Joes
Made no changes. We don't like green pepper and I made this recipe specifically because my husband said his mom used to make sloppy joes with celery in it. He loved them and said to give them 5 stars. Thanks for sharing!
