My Best Clam Chowder
This is soooooo good and is very popular in my family. I am looking for ways to make it less rich, I may try using milk instead of cream or perhaps 5% cream. The only change I make is that I add bacon at the end.

Kentucky Butter Cake
This cake is so good that I made two one after the other. It is delicious even after a few days. I used Splenda for the cake but used the sugar called for by the recipe for the butter sauce. Thanks a lot for sharing such a great recipe !

Grandma Johnson's Scones
Their the best ! I have a few suggestions: I used Splenda instead of sugar. I used 2 cups whole weat flour, 1 cup all purpose white flour and 1 cup oatmeal. My 3 yrs old twins will only eat that at breakfast ! I am cooking this recipe every week...
