Vanilla Bavarian Cream Pie
Very good. Had a wonderful texture and didn't feel filling at all. Just a few things: I think the 8 tablespoons of water for the gelatin should be hot not cold. Also when making the custard, you didn't say wheather or not to stir while cooking. It seemed to take forever without stirring. Also, do you stir in the ice cream or just let it melt in? Do you cool the filling on the counter or in the fridge before pouring into pie shell? Overall the pie was delicious. Instead of a regular pie crust, I used a chocolate cookie crust. Tasted just like an OREO>

Chicago Dip
This was a really quick and easy recipe. I made it for my Superbowl party (GO PATS!!!) and it went very quickly. I thought that the amount of onions was a little overpowering. I added more seasoned salt to it and it evened out the onion flavor. I will make this recipe again, but will cut back on the onions and a little less mayo. Overall a very good recipe!!

Chocolate Rum Mousse Pie
This recipe was delicous. It was ready in a snap. I brought it to my sisters' house for Christmas dessert and it disappeared. From reading one of the other reviews, I cut down on the amount of rum used in the whipped topping. Instead of 2 teaspoons, I only used half a teaspoon. I found the flavor just right. Also, instead of chocolate curls, I crushed Oreo cookies (minus the filling) and sprinkled that on top. Wonderful!!!
